A cancellation request is considered valid only after it has been acknowledged and confirmed by our team. 2. Free Cancellation Window
Many car rental suppliers allow free cancellation when the request is submitted within a specified time frame prior to vehicle pickup. This period typically ranges from 24 to 48 hours, though it may vary by supplier, location, or rate type. The applicable cancellation window is displayed during booking.
3. Cancellations After the Free Period
If a cancellation request is made after the free cancellation window has expired, one or more of the following may apply:

- Supplier-imposed cancellation penalties
- Partial refunds based on supplier policy and timing
4. Same-Day & Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellation requests made on the day of pickup or shortly before the scheduled pickup time are often treated as late cancellations. In such cases, the booking may be non-refundable, or subject to the maximum penalty allowed by the rental supplier.
5. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when the renter does not arrive at the pickup location and fails to cancel the reservation in advance. No-show bookings are generally non-refundable and may also incur an additional post-booking service fee.
6. Early Vehicle Return
If a rental vehicle is returned earlier than the confirmed return date, unused rental days are typically non-refundable. Any adjustment or credit is determined solely by the rental supplier and is not guaranteed.
7. Promotional & Discounted Rates
Certain promotional, prepaid, or discounted car rental rates may carry stricter cancellation conditions. These bookings may be partially refundable or fully non-refundable. All such terms are disclosed prior to booking confirmation and should be reviewed carefully.
8. Refund Processing Time
When a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may be required for the funds to appear on your statement. Non-refundable service fees and supplier penalties are excluded.
